For the official Blackfish Bramble, start by filling a glass with crushed ice. Add 2 oz. Gifford’s Gin, 0.5 oz. lemon juice and 0.5 oz. simple syrup, then stir them together. Position your spoon at the top of the liquid and layer on 0.5 oz. of Blackfish Blackberry Liqueur by pouring it into the spoon rather than the glass. Cheers!
