Picture yourself sipping on an apple pie cocktail that tantalizes your senses with the comforting aroma of freshly baked apple pie and maple. The subtle undertones of real cinnamon and hand ground spices, and lemon add a touch of complexity and brightness, taking your taste buds on a delightful journey. A touch of maple syrup nicely rounds out the symphony of flavors.

You’ll need:

Blackfish Apple Pie Whiskey

A lemon

Maple Syrup

An egg (optional for a frothy top)

Cinnamon or nutmeg to garnish

  • Cocktail Shaker
  • Strainer
  • Glass
  • 2 oz Blackfish Apple Pie Whiskey
  • 1/2 oz Grade A Maple Syrup
  • 1 oz Lemon Juice (About 1 lemon, squeezed)
  • 1 Egg (Optional but recommended for a great mouthfeel)
  • 1 dash cinnamon or nutmeg (garnish)
  1. Shake the whiskey, lemon juice, maple syrup and egg white (if using) vigorously without ice.

  2. Add ice and shake again

  3. Strain into a highball glass

  4. garnish with a dash of cinnamon or nutmeg
